1. I thought rental office would open by 8:00 AM, but no one picked up the phone (until 8:15 AM)to get a shuttle from the air-port parking lot. 2. Couldn't locate the correct rental return address from google maps, had to call for directions. 3. They only give you one key. 4. The car which we got had no cruise control in it. 5. Pickup process was too lengthy and time consuming. I was the ONLY one to be picked up and the ONLY one on the counter the whole time, yet it took 1+ hr get the car! The pickup was not at the terminal, I had to take another shuttle to get to Lot C. This was unexpected and annoying to find out at last minute. Felt shady that they needed me to sign a blank credit card receipt for incidentals, that too after $350 had already been held on the card. The $350 has not been released yet. Drop went fine

Was disappointed my car had manual locks and nowhere to charge my iphone which I was using for GPS. It started running out of power, so I had to stop at a Starbucks for 1 hour to charge my phone so I could make it to my hotel. Loved that I had a private ride back to my departing flight though! Right to the terminal-so nice!

Reserved the Cayman online, but then received a call that this car wasn't available and was moved into a Mercedes E350 for the same cost. The attendant on the phone was very friendly and gracious. Would have preferred something a little more sporty, but the car was in great condition and everyone was super friendly. Will certainly be renting from BW again!

Everything was great except for the wait to get the vehicle. Even though there were no other customers In the office, it took an hour to get the car. I had sent in my Allstate insurance info in advance and there was still a long wait.. Had there been any other customers, I can't imagine how much longer it could have been. Luckily we were not in a hurry All employees were super nice and totally gracious despite the long wait. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the donuts I the waiting room!

For long distance driving the Nissan is sluggish. I requested a Toyota but none were available. Company needs to make it clear that returning the car a day early will not lower the weekly rate when it is ordered from the internet. I was told by an agent when I called in that i would save one day if the car was returned early. Much to my dismay the agent told me that was not true and it was in the contract. All agents should be made aware of this so they provide acurate info to customers.
