There was a miscommunication on the pickup but we were adequately compensated for the inconvenience. This agency does a great job!!!!!

Everything was as expected. I did have to wait a bit to check the car back in on the way to the airport because there was only one person on staff to do check-ins and answer the phone. I had extra time, but this could have been an issue for catching my flight.

We had never heard of the Black & White Rent a Car and didn't know what to expect. However, it was the BEST experience we have ever had in renting a vehicle and we have traveled the world with the military. I would HIGHLY recommend B&W!

I was stuck in traffic on the way to the LAX location, so I would just barely make the 2:30 PM return. Instead of letting me potentially return it a few minutes late, I was instructed to take it to the closer Beverly Hills location to avoid penalties. This added on like an extra hour of travel time and an extra $90 Uber ride to the airport). Turns out the penalty would have only been $25 had I been late... on a $750/day rental! Wished the rep put themselves in my shoes first.
