Black & White Car Rental did not try to sell, trick, or schmooze us into an upgrade. They just gave us the car we wanted -- it was equivalent in rate to the type of car we had reserved. After a long day of travel, we appreciated not having to say "no" over and over to a hard sell (unlike some other national car rental agencies that have tried to take advantage of us). We will definitely use Black & White Car Rental again.
Courteous pick up from the airport by a friendly staff member in the car I would take home. Quick and easy check in process and even made a quick Keureg cup of coffee while I was there. They even dropped us off at the airport. Will definitely rent from again

This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had at. LAX or any other Airport. They were so helpful with our luggage, of coming and going as was very attentive to us oh when picking us up and returning us to the airport after we took our car back to them. I will plan to rent from them from now on whenever I fly into Los Angeles. Oh and did I mention that their rates are fabulous?

This is a great company to deal with. Very personable and non of the long lines with the major car rental companies.
The only suggestion is that they change the address on their paperwork to the new one. It took us a few extra minutes to find the agency for retiring the car. Only a block away, though.
