I really liked the cordiality and human feeling of the staff working at B&W rental!
I did not get my first or second preferred car, despite the website showing that both were available. But the car I did get was was excellent and in the same class as those I preferred; it just wasn't what I initially picked. Other than that, everything was great.
This is my second time to use Black & White. I wouldn't rent from anyone else in the L.A. area!

For the rate we were quoted, I was honestly surprised how smoothly everything went, and how great the staff was. It was a wonderful value. We felt we had exceptional service for sure.

Black and White in Bev. Hills is a breath of fresh air. the value exceptional, i received a complimentary upgrade and their weekly and monthly rates and extremely competitive. B&W are going to be my go to agency for my frequent visits to LA
