This rental company made it extremely easy to rent a car. The price was fantastic and the customer service was superb ! Would definitely rent from them again.

Return after hours was a bit challenging and time consuming, but overall good experience. I don’t think you should charge for after hours return- I wouldn’t have rented if I knew that extra charge was involved.

The car was available at a great price. The only issue was that we waited for about 1 hour to be picked up at LAX when we first arrived and called for the shuttle. The wait was so long that it put a negative start to our trip. The driver said that traffic was really bad.
Wonderfully friendly staff from the individuals who picked us up/dropped us off to the people who were working at the desk. Very cohesive experience from beginning to help. Felt very professional and personal. Great work.
I looked for the least expensive small car on an online Car Rental site, and I was given Black and White Car Rental agency. I was VERY surprised when I received a brand new Mercedes!!

Super car rental experience!
Service and vehicle were excellent! I appreciated the direct pickup instead of waiting for a shuttle. My only complaint is the early closing hours on Sunday. I'd imagine many travelers are departing on a Sunday evening, and the 5:30 pm cut-off for a return and transport to LAX is just too early. They do have off-site late returns that's accessible for an additional fee, plus you're responsible for getting yourself to the airport from there.
