everything was easy and the guy at the front desk--danny, maybe?--was especially pleasant to deal with.

This was by far the most enjoyable rental car experience I've ever had. The rates were exceptional, the staff was courteous, everyone was generous with their time, knowledge, and attention. I appreciated the ease of being dropped off to the airport at the end, and will make this agency my first time anytime I'm in LA!
