The car wasn't as clean as I would have hoped/expected (cup holders had some sticky residue in them, also some residue of something in the back luggage compartment area), but the price I paid for a week-long rental was so far below anyone else that I was willing to overlook that minor detail.
Fantastic rental experience!
They were extremely accommodating with some special accommodations necessary for a business trip. Amber and Mike were particularly courteous and offered excellent service. We will definitely use this service again for business rentals.
I was dismayed that Black and White did not have the car that I booked available and tried to charge me extra for renting a higher class car than I wanted. If I had not pushed back hard for Black and White to honor the rental contract, I would have had to pay more for their error. Thankfully, they agreed to the original rental price.
