We are very sorry for your upset, we do our best to inform clients of our policies and what is required prior to arrival which is why we list it clearly in the "Policies and Procedures" page that prints out with your confirmation at the time of booking. We'll work on finding a way to bring this to all clients attention if this information is not read at the time of booking to avoid last minute upset. Major Credit Cards Accepted - A minimum $300 credit card authorization only is required at the beginning of your rental. A maximum credit card authorization amount equal to 3 times the rental amount may be required depending on the type of vehicle you choose. Credit card authorizations are valid for 30 days. Debit Card Restrictions for U.S Residents - Debit Cards are accepted with the following requirements. The renter must be at 21 years of age with full coverage insurance and a fully transferable auto insurance policy to the rental vehicle you have chosen. A minimum $500 debit card deposit is required and a maximum deposit amount of up to 3 times the rental amount may be required depending on the type of vehicle you choose. The remaining balance on a debit card deposit will be automatically refunded to your issuing bank beginning the date we close your rental agreement. This time period may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank.
