I did not like the pressure of adding additional coverage. I thought the airport shuttle service was stellar. It’s nice to be dropped off in a private vehicle rather than a mini bus

Everything about this rental experience exceeded my expectation. Easy pick-up form the airport; extremely professional and courteous staff; no line at the rental office; great car selection and in my case even got an upgrade; easy drop off. I just found my new car rental establishment.

We cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff was amazing and super friendly. We just went with one of their lower end economy cars not expecting much, but the chevy cruze we got was immaculately well maintained with lots of fun features and a pleasure to drive. And the price was ridiculously good. Definitely going to keep using Black and White.

Staff was great to work with. They were able to get me back to LAX in an on-time manner which I appreciated. I will probably rent from Black & White Rent A Car again in the future :)
