Amazing experience. One of the best overall rental eperiences I have aver had.
Car was great. Staff were helpful. Only difficulty was getting picked up after landing at LAX as we didn’t have a U.S phone number. Needed to borrow someone’s phone to make a call to get picked up. Otherwise it was a really good experience and I’d consider using B&W again.

Getting to the agency from the airport was daunting and time consuming, especially after our long flight.
