The whole experience from booking online to the service from pick up to drop off the whole team was excellent. I will use them again the next time I'm in LA. They were even kind enough to waive a service that it turned out I didn't need. All in all an excellent experience!

I was a bit nervous when I booked because I hadn't heard of the company, and the email confirmations seemed a bit unprofessional. But, we ended up having a great experience, and I would definitely use Black and White Car Rental again! We were picked up in a Mercedes, which was a great first impression! Decided to rent a car from this place and I must say I can’t not be more satisfied! The car rental pick up from our terminal was fast, he took us to the rental main office. That’s where we ran into the gentleman who was helping us access our rental. He was super professional and very nice! Offered us an upgrade since they did not have the vehicle that was originally picked out. We got a Mercedes and I must say it was a nice and sexy ride! Will definitely be back here!!
