Very helpful staff, both over the phone and in person. They sent a private car to both pick us up and drop us at the airport which is just minutes away (their location is right by the large rental car companies) and our vehicle was brand new with only 15 miles on it! Fabulous experience all the way around, I highly recommend and will use them on my next trip back to LAX.

Disappointed that vehicle insurance did not cover window damage or door dings. This policy would be the only thing holding me back from renting here again.
