Great service--very welcoming and really nice lounge area. Much better than the huge chains--we highly recommend Black & White Rental Cars!!!
We had the same driver to and from the apartment. He was nice (though quiet), but didn't offer to help with the bags. Both times we had to load and unload our own bags from the vehicle, which we thought was odd. Other than that, our experience was great.
Without issue. Staff was nice, car was nice. After hours drop off provided.

Paper work requirements such of utility bill .I have not heard off any rental comoany requiring utility bill. The pick up was impressive and fast. Rest of experience was very bad. I will avoid renting throygh your company in future nor will recommend.
