We had never worked with this company before. But we will always look for this Rental Agency again. The personnel at the LAX location were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The pick up was great. The office was clean. The check in process quick.They did a great job.
Black & White went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of them as a Rental car company. would definitely go with them next time we need Rental Car in L.A.
Black & White Rent a Car suggested I return my car at a more convenient location than where I picked it up, for no additional fee.
Staff who picked me up and dropped me off were very courteous and helpful. Staff at the desk were not. I was at BW for an hour before I drove out of the lot. Felt like bc I had the cheap car they prioritized other customers ahead of me.
