The company is running a scam. 1) they didn't have car I requested. 2) On top of rental quote, they asked for mandatory CDW & 3rd party liability to be bought for $224.94, even though I had a cover on my own covering CDW, TPL, SLI taken from Worldwide insurer. 3) they added FL state surcharge ($27), Process & Facility ($36), Lic Recovery & Rdf ($25) charges. 4) FL sales tax of $20.91 5) Total $407.64, with security deposit of $1000, and Excess of $5,000 Nothing of this was made clear anywh

I think the value of the reservation does not match reality, after all the fees added. But, overall, everything went well with the rental.

Vehicle was Dirty, smelled of weed, tire pressure light on, agent tried to say it was only off by 1(on 3 tires), windshield was dirty on the inside, no wiper fluid. Hidden fees to use my own insurance. Excessive fees for toll tag.
