Horrible experience. Why quote a car rental for $100 and ask for $650 once at the window? I’ve rented many cars and have never had added fees for “loss of use” or “car insurance transfer fee”. Absolute scam of a company. I will never rent with them again.

Did not end up renting my vehicle because of the atrocious service and surprise fees added at pick up. Never would I consider renting from or recommending this agency.

We ended up on a delayed flight and they cancelled our reservation without any communication. When we arrived at the location to pick up the car, no one from the company was there. Another salesperson ended up calling them and then made us call. The person from this company was rude, dismissive of us and our reservation, and told us “talk to the other companies for a rental”. This company is an absolute joke, poorly managed and just terrible. We will never try to use them again.

Worst car rental experience ever. First, I was swindled into having to pay all sorts of additional fees related to insurance. Then after going through that, they didn't even have a car for me. I spent the first several hours of a family vacation dealing with this terrible situation. It couldn't have been much of a worse business interaction. The company should be shut down.

Ridiculous add on insurance fees made the experience one that I will never repeat. Additionally, there was only one agent and it took over an hour of waiting in line before I even reached the agent.
