This was the worst car rental experience I've had. I waited 30 minutes to get help. They didn't have the car that was requested and the pricing was 150% more than the quoted amount. I felt like I was baited and switched because I had no other choice to move forward with the reservation. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I have disputed the charges on my credit card. Horrible experience, horrible start to a vacation.
The car had a tire with a slow air leak. We were in the Everglades for 3 days & couldn't do anything about it. At the end of the rental they billed us an additional $278 with zero explanation, and they are not responding to my request for more info.

Also filing complaints w/ Expedia, where I found this ad. This agency is part of a collection operating under the Consolidated Car Rental office at 2301 NW 33rd Ave, Miami, 33142 provide exactly the same terrible service with droves of unhappy and annoyed customers returning to the Car Rental Center @ MIA and renting from a different company. The only reason I booked with Boutique rather than one of the majors was because it had a great rate for a convertible. By the time the hidden fees and $1000 deposit which was not clear about in advance were done, I wound up paying more for the car than I would have from another agency and they didn't even have the convertible available that I booked. Would not recommend.
The guy at the desk told me my reservation was canceled and I would now have pay 2500$ instead of 420$. He was very rude and ruined our first day of vacation.
