The guy at the desk told me my reservation was canceled and I would now have pay 2500$ instead of 420$. He was very rude and ruined our first day of vacation.
They didn't have the car even though I had the reservation. The staff was not courteous or helpful
This agency is a scam. Keep your distance
This company is a Scam, they did not honor the price, wanted 1200$ instead of 190$. They were forcing to buy their insurance although I showed them that I am fully covered with my credit card as well as my Auto insurance. They person was rude at the front desk and said take it or leave it. I was stranded with my family of 5 and 6 piece luggage. Never ever will go to them again, my 2 cents remove them from your car listing if you want people to trust your website. Fyi,ppl after us had same issue.
This company and its employees are scammers and I've opened a file with the miami district attorney and plan on finding attorney to assist in a class action lawsuit against your company if liars ans crooks.
I've never in business or pleasure over 25 years dealt with a company that is so unethical.
I've disputed my charges with Chase as well.
