I tried to call to ask a question - no answer. I called to advise my flight would be late - no answer, so I left a voicemail. At 11:15pm we were waiting at the shuttle and it didn’t come. Finally, another shuttle driver kindly called their shuttle driver, who said they had a line out the door so they were closing for the night and he wouldn’t come get us. They lure with a $15/day online price, but it’s a total SCAM. My $30 reservation turned into a $570 bill at the counter. This force you to buy insurance bundles that they claim are mandatory, even if you have your own coverage. When I complained about the massive markup, they just blamed the "weekend." This is predatory business at its worst. Save your money and go with a reputable company like where the price you see is actually what you pay.

DONT BOOK HERE. They lure you in with a boutique name and a $15/day online price, but it’s a total scam. My $30 reservation turned into a $570 bill at the counter. They force you to buy "strategic" insurance bundles (Collision,Liability, etc.) that they claim are mandatory, even if you have your own coverage. The company is running a scam. 1) they didn't have car I requested. 2) On top of rental quote, they asked for mandatory CDW & 3rd party liability to be bought for $224.94, even though I had a cover on my own covering CDW, TPL, SLI taken from Worldwide insurer. 3) they added FL state surcharge ($27), Process & Facility ($36), Lic Recovery & Rdf ($25) charges. 4) FL sales tax of $20.91 5) Total $407.64, with security deposit of $1000, and Excess of $5,000 Nothing of this was made clear anywh
