I was very extremely pleased with the rental process and will highly recommend your company to all my friends, family and co-worked.
The Team at Busmax was exceptional. From Calling to confirm once my reservation was placed to working with me to find the best solution to meet my needs. These guys were great and the Vehicle was exceptional. I will certainly work with them in the future.

The only thing I would suggest is for better communication between the employees. We were visiting from Florida with 5 children and we had to wait in the cold at least 20 minutes to get our vehicle. Other than that, the vehicle was just perfect!
Overall good
The customer service was outstanding. The van was ready for us when we got to the airport.
