Staff was all smile and very helpful
I hade a great time because the staff helped us and they were nice.
i rented van , the brake pads was no good

Minor issue with alignment and worn wipers but everything else was great.
It was great!! But the car was little old!! Had tire pressure light was on, ABS light was on and the Air condition wasn’t working in the back area. The air wasn’t blowing from vent.

Carls rental was a professional agency however the vehicle was not very clean also the transportation to get to the airport was not easy going I would not recommend this company they vans were outdated as well
