Carnival Rent A Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

Someone crashed against the car and it needs to be towed the agency will not cooperate to take the car directly to the dealer. Instead they make the towing service take to the yard and add extra unnecessary cost. Furthermore they did not provide a replacement vehicle for the remaining of the contract nor they will close the contract despite me reporting the accident immediately and providing police report and all the necessary information. Very poor service.

Lo unico a criticar es que solo por ser residente de la Florida tengo solamente a usar 100 millas por dia, el exceso se paga a $0.25 a pesar que cuando se rento decia UMLIMITED MILLES, todo lo demas muy bien
