The Staff was very courteous and professional
The original listing said this was a 14-passenger van. It was a 10-passenger van causing us to be more crowded than we expected. Our AC went out the first day while we were driving to Ochos Rios. I reported it and they promptly brought a replacement van all the way to us. We weren't expecting that and were certainly grateful for it. The new van was nicer than the first one but it squealed - like it had some type of loose belt. We would happily drive down the street squealing over not having AC.
My pickup date was on 12/24/2021, I was sent an email from Chalis car rental on the 12/23/2021 to remind me. My pickup time was 3 pm. When I got to the airport in Jamaica I called Chalis to let them know I have arrived!!! I was told that I do not have any reservation and no car was available!!!! I was stranded at the airport and had to find last minute transportation by bus to get to my lodging. My trip was ruined by Chalis!!!! They rented my car for an higher rate to another person!!
We had some car issues and needed to change twice due to some maintenance issues. They did fix the problem and was professional.

Rented from them many times. I always come back. The cheapest of all the rental agencies usually.
The car was an older model. Because it was an older model there were many dings and scratches on the car so I was less worried about damaging the car on our trip in Jamaica. The motor was a little tired but it still brought all around the country side. All in all I would rent from them again because the price was right.
