DID NOT RECEIVE THE SIZE VANS SCHEDULED. Company would not reimburse for 2 flat tires, one a side wall blowout and the second a separation of tread. Company was not open til 9AM on a Saturday to accomodate early flight departures, and no one answered phone calls or emergency number. As someone who travels twice a year to Jamaica with large groups since 1988, I will not do business with this company again.

Great Experience. My booking was very last minute as the other company somehow did not have our reservation. They had a car available and they picked us up from the airport. The price was very reasonable also - compared to the other high priced rental companies. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Awesome experience! I will rent from Chalis Car Rental again.
