The car I got was a mess. Worn out wipers streaked like crazy and could barely see at night in the rain. Backup camera was totally dead from some electrical issue, making reversing sketchy in tight areas. When returning the car, they did not have a shuttle available to get a family of 4 and luggage to the airport. I asked the manager for a solution and she was rude and argumentative responding as if I created the inconvenience. Bad maintenance, unreliable shuttle, and awful service.

the yaris i received needed front struts badly. it was evident in the way the car handled over rippled pavement, bumps in the road, and on curves especially.

DID NOT RECEIVE THE SIZE VANS SCHEDULED. Company would not reimburse for 2 flat tires, one a side wall blowout and the second a separation of tread. Company was not open til 9AM on a Saturday to accomodate early flight departures, and no one answered phone calls or emergency number. As someone who travels twice a year to Jamaica with large groups since 1988, I will not do business with this company again.
