Pauletta and everyone on staff was very helpful with the entire process. Very welcoming upon arrival and had us processed very fast. All details of rental were provided before hand which made the process even smoother. I will definitely be using this service again when returning to Jamaica.

On my arrival the office staff wanted me to rent another car at a higher rate. They were very rude especially a woman who gave her name as PAULINE. They have to tried out 5 cars to find one road worthy and still the interior was falling apart cigarette's burns all over the seats door handle coming apart This is a dealership that need management overhaul. I will not rent from them again I am telling my friends family members and people I don't know not to rent from this company. (CHALIS CAR RENTA
The checkout process was a little slow. Otherwise we were very happy with the car and service we received. I would definitely rent from this agency again
At the airport they didn’t even have my name on their list so I had to wait 30mins. The car wasn’t what I reserved, and a$1000 hold on my credit card for 15 business days. The car was worn out, and I had to pay $130 more than was quoted, never again. And I still haven’t received my deposit back yet.
