I've had lots of bad rental experiences, but this wasn't one of them. No. I would say this was an easy, efficient, and pleasant rental. The company waited for us at the airport and shuttled us the short distance to the office - rental was fast with no extras that we didn't expect (we usually pay for extra insurance in Jamaica because our car has been vandalized in the past). Still, this was the LEAST EXPENSIVE of all the car rentals, and we had researched many of the usual sites. Recommend!
I felt I was overcharged for my extra day and they wouldn't put it on my card. Additionally they rounded up on both the daily rate, added tax, charged me the country's higher than normal exchange rate for the day and then insisted on collecting cash
very pleased. vehicle was great and reliable. Was picked up from airport promptly and returned with no hassle at all. Next time Im in Jamaica I will definitely go back to Chalis.
The very nice lady working up front is awsume and should be making top dollar if not someone will steal her away and all the guys are great quick and good thanks for caring

I cancelled this reservation in December of 2015, I kept sending e-mails and even called, but got no response back from them! I went to the website to cancel the reservation and it said it was not found! So, I was very surprised when I got a friendly reminder about the reservation! I forwarded the notes I sent them in December to CXL the res after I got the friendly reminder. I sincerely hope that my CC will no be charged.
Chalis offers the lowest rates in Jamaica accompanied with a great service and great cars! I had a great experience with Chalis! They will pick you up at the airport and drop you off.
