On the day of my car rental, I was unable to reach the branch office by phone to arrange for pick up despite multiple attempts to call. I ended up having to call the main office. The main office person I spoke with on the phone was not aware that the pick-up service offered by the branch office would pick me up at my hotel and was not restricted to the cruise ship port, but I was able to get my phone call transferred to the branch office, who arranged for my pick up at my hotel.
Charlie Car Rental is always a great value in P.R. compared to competitors and they remain my "go to" whenever I travel there.
I trusted online reviews and wasn't disappointed.

I've been renting from Charlie Car Rental in Puerto Rico for over 30 years. They are always top notch.
Waited nearly 2 hours past our pick up time to get the vehicle - there was no staff at the office. Other than the pick up situation, all was great. No complaints re car or drop off service!
