Employee Karlos help a lot with the process of the rent. He was a really great help, will continue to rent with them and recommend to friends and relatives. Venus was great in the process of providing the key and letting me know about the car I rented, made the process fast and easy.

Got a lot nicer car than expected, probably the best car rental rate I have seen. Speedy customer service check in and check out for the rental. No BS. As long as you read through everything they give you beforehand it is very straightforward. Was able to use my own insurance and purchase a damage waiver to cover my deductible. Will use them again for sure.
It would have been helpful to know in advance that a copy of insurance coverage was required
