My only complaint about renting from Charlie is their lack of a functioning website. They should have a a complete website with accounts so I don't have to wait so long to pick up or drop off a car. They don't charge much less than National, but the level of service is well below National. Enterprise, Avis, etc.

It's always a pleasure to rent cars from Charlie Car Rental.
My one complaint is that they need to keep up with the cars. Our first car had key battery low since pick up and it ran slower like transmutation was forced. Second car was okay but it needed a car software upgrade as radio kept turning off. I left a google review already as overall it is okay but please keep up with cars that was an unnecessary tow and haul and new car expense for company that could've been avoided if key had battery.
