Arrived on a cruise ship and needed a car for the day to visit El Yunque. I checked around at different locations before arriving, and saw that Charlie's had the best prices and great ratings, so I decided to go with them. I read all the instructions and knew what to bring from my credit card to meet their insurance requirements. Being informed about Charlie Car Rental by one of my Airbnb hosts was the greatest sigh of relief. After finding multiple sources of derogatory feedback about many of the rental agencies at SJU, I was afraid I would not be able to find anything reliable or affordable in a timely manner.
