Car was not clean on inside and ride to airport was not good
My experience here was generally good. At first I received a car that had maintenance due, and needed to be serviced. It was a slight inconvenience to go back the next day to switch the car, but I was grateful that they were able to give us a replacement with no trouble.
Loved the shuttle, competitive rates, and SUPER helpful staff.
Specified car seats in reservation, called in advance to verify they will be available, was assured they will be ready for me. During car pickup staff had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned car seats, instead went to check the back room and told me that I'm in luck as they do have two available. These were dirty, cheap seats, they should be giving these for free as a courtesy, not worth the money ($8/day) at all. Disorganized place, long processing times, frustrating experience.
Staff were very friendly and courteous. Shuttle was on time with no hassle. I would definitely rent again from Charlie’s.
We were given a vehicle with a bunch of scratches and a damaged fender that we made sure they marked on the slip but even when we returned the car they tried to charge us for said damages, luckily they didn’t at the end but it still made for a frustrating experience
Excellent customer service but cramped rental office in Isla Verde Puerto Rico. Also required extensive auto insurance coverage with specifics regarding deductable, policy number, and proof that coverage was applicable in P R. Had to make sure I had the documentation before I travelled but seemed a bit burdensome.
I have been renting from Charlie car rentals for a few years now and I always recommended their services.. can not beat their rates .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The waiting time outside the building is not good at all, especially in a hot weather. They must build a place where customers can go inside and feel comfortable.
