Have used Charlie Rental for many decades. The cost was inline with competitors.
The car was clean and sanitized which is great because of COVID
Seamless transition on everything from pick up to dropping off at the airport.
The cleaning car fee that charlie has implement is horrible. There's is no cleaning fee for other car rental companies such as sith, avis, hertz. We consumer pay a large rental fee for cars so u huy clean th cars not us. You guys better revisit this policy that was initiated about 4 months ago. Also I'm consistently having t wait at the airport 45mins after my flight lands cause the Charlie's airport shuttle takes an extraordinary time to pick up customers at the airport. This needs to be fixed
