One off the best place to rent a car every time I visit always rent from them they very helpful and friendly service great and the prices are right very satisfied and will rent again in future cause this going be my place to always go too thank you soo much
I've been renting vehicles from Charlie Car Rental for a few years. I love the place because the prices are competitive and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. During my last visit, I noticed there are not enough employees for the high demand. They work hard and diligently but they have a lot on their plates. One or two more employees per shift, might be beneficial. Also having two lines, one for picking up and another for return vehicles might help to reduce the waiting time.
Charlie Car Rental is a excellent place to rent a vehicle. The prices are competitive and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. My observation is that the staff has a lot on their plates to deal with. Maybe one or two more employees will help with the high demand. Also having rentals and returns separately might help to move the waiting line faster.

customer service was excellent; mini van wasn't in the best shape but it served its purpose. would definitely use this rental agency again.
Folks were all very nice and even helped me get a reduced rate. Vehicle provided was better and bigger than the one I had reserved.
