Very professional and helpful with all my requests I’m going back on July 1 to the 18 can’t wait to use their service again.
El vehículo se encontraba sucio, con muchos golpes y rayones, también uno de los neumáticos estaba bajo de aire por lo que me tocó recargar aire en 3 oportunidades.
La atención del personal fue buena, es la segunda vez que rento con Charlie, pero es necesario que hagan correcciones y que mantengan en mejor estado los vehículos.
Good experience overall. Communication was easy via email and there was little wait for the shuttle to and from the airport which was only about 5 minutes away. I would definitely rent from them again!
Everything was smooth! It would have been nice to know about the insurance options before hand.
The car was nice. the initial check in was way too long. Drop off was much faster and easier (appeared to be more workers).

This was the most expensive experience ever. We rent for long-term, 2-3 months.

The wait was very long, but the people behind the counter were working hard. At one point, a man cut in front of me but that wasn't the workers' fault. It was just annoying.
I think the battery on the remote was starting to loss power. Holding down to pop trunk sometimes didn’t work.
