They tried to give us a car that was dirty & had damage to the body. It had obviously been in an accident. We had to wait over an hour while they “washed/cleaned” another vehicle that wasn’t much better. The facility is too small. If you’re traveling with others, they’ll have to wait outside in the hot sun while you fill out the paperwork, which in our case, took forever.

I was even offered a choice of three vehicules.
I arrived in the evening and there was only 1 employee available to assist customers with rental contracts. The other gentleman was driving the shuttle. Expect this to take long. When I returned the vehicle midday, there were 2 employees assisting customers and a third attending the shuttle. Good service, clean cars, great locations throughout the island.
