The vehicle was disgusting stained seats, windshield was dirty. I stop renting from Charlie’s Car Rental a long time ago, because of the conditions of their Vehicles!! I only rented with them because they were the only company who had cars available! They have signs all over and make sign forms like crazy regarding the conditions the vehicle when rented and they give a dirty car !!! Never again!!

The wait time at the rental 9ffoce in Isla Verde is horrible. Last summer was the same.
Otherwise everything else was great.
Great experience! Easy to pick up (and the least expensive in the area) and fabulous to have the 24 hour shuttle since we had a 5am flight to head home:)
The employee was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor. Slow, unknowledgable and unorganized. The car had 36k miles, but was the closest thing to "rent a wreck" that I have ever experienced. Seats were stained. Dents everywhere on the car. I had them all marked on the sheet, but held my breath that I marked them all.
The rental process/paperwork was extremely long. Not sure why.
I have been renting every year from Charlies since 2010. I have recommended poeple since then but this time around it was not so good. I called from the airport at 12:38am 30th of March they said they where on their way. Called several times after that and no one answered at 1:30am I decided to get a uber to the office. Then there was only one customer they were waiting on. It was not a good experience to go through with my wife and three kids.
