Great service!
I normally rent here everytime I go to the island. The only thing I don't like is how dirty the vehicles always are. This time I even had to fill up the windshield water tank.
The vehicle was disgusting stained seats, windshield was dirty. I stop renting from Charlie’s Car Rental a long time ago, because of the conditions of their Vehicles!! I only rented with them because they were the only company who had cars available! They have signs all over and make sign forms like crazy regarding the conditions the vehicle when rented and they give a dirty car !!! Never again!!
Siempre rentamos en Charlie Car rental autos en buenas condiciones pero esta vez el auto fue algo diferente sin tapabocinas desaliniado y algo maltratado por fuera pero aun asi seguiremos rentando ahi mismo

The wait time at the rental 9ffoce in Isla Verde is horrible. Last summer was the same.
Otherwise everything else was great.
Great experience! Easy to pick up (and the least expensive in the area) and fabulous to have the 24 hour shuttle since we had a 5am flight to head home:)
