Excellent service
We have been loyal customers for over 10 years with Charlie Car Rentals. the vehicles we have been provided for the last few years have been below quality, damaged, uncomfortable. The rates have increased significantly for the quality of the cars we are receiving. Most recent rental had dents and scratches all over the car and definitely could have used servicing. I will have to reevaluate where I rent from if I am not going to receive the quality for the amount paying for the car rental.
It took over a half hour for the shuttle to arrive at the airport but otherwise the service was good.
I always rent with you guys every time I go visit my family back home!!!
Great to pick up in San Juan and drop off in Aguadilla. Great service and fast at both pickup and drop off.
