Everything was so clear and the employees are the best
Not enough staff working, wait times to get car were long. Shuttle to and from airport very efficient. Rentals were a little overpriced, but car was what we asked for and in good condition. There were no floor mats in our car.
Car rates about average. Need a bigger office to have more employees available. Had to ask a few times to call the shuttle due to not wanting to miss my flight. They were using only one shuttle vehicle. An employee there was nice enough to drive the parked shuttle vehicle to take us to the airport. This was at Isla Verde location
