I am very satisfied with the rentals. I love the cars no problem at all, and the agents they are very gentle with customers.
Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and bi-lingual. Once, a driver returned to the Aguadilla airport just to give me my forgotten insulated water bottle. Charlie's is the most affordable car rental I have found in Puerto Rico. I am very glad they are back to business after this pandemic. I ALWAYS use them. Thanks!!

They wanted proof of insurance which I provided. They were going to charge $1100 to my credit card anyway to cover damages unless I purchased an additional $120 insurance. My policy showed I was covered, why charge so much to my credit card?
Great Experience! Took only a couple minutes to get the car, and returning it was painless.
The vehicle Achaea felt like you were riding in a tin can windshield wipers were deteriorating and when it rained put a film all over the windshield so you can barely see. I brought a copy of my insurance and they said they needed to see the deductible and everything basically a bait and switch for you to pay more for the rental than what was quoted. I will not use you again

Reasonable prices and cars that are well maintained.
Would not accept our personal and credit card insurance documentation.
