The vehicle Achaea felt like you were riding in a tin can windshield wipers were deteriorating and when it rained put a film all over the windshield so you can barely see. I brought a copy of my insurance and they said they needed to see the deductible and everything basically a bait and switch for you to pay more for the rental than what was quoted. I will not use you again

Pickup was prompt and smooth. At the rental office, however, there was only one agent on duty and he was swamped with 3 returns and about 4 pickups at the same time. Unfortunately, this meant we had to wait for and hour and 20 minutes to do the paperwork and be issued the key to our vehicle. Understaffing cost us some precious time.
From pick up at the airport to check in to obtain our rental - the kindness and genuine character of attendants was beyond compare. Greeted by everyone with a smile and welcoming gestures. They ensured our car was ready and waiting upon arrival. It was an overall first class service, that we were so pleased with. Definitely recommending to my friends and family back home.
The only thing is the wait for pick up from the airport and from the car rental to the airport is takes to long but besides that everything else was perfect.

The car was a little banged up but it ran and it had AC and have great mileage. The only thing more I would have liked is cruise control but I had the compact which was great for 3 people. It took a while to get my rental but to be fair there was only one person at the counter. He was super helpful and absolutely professional. I would absolutely rent again.

Everyone was friendly professional I especially enjoyed the fact that we were picked up at the airport didn't have to worry about getting to Charlie's car rental We're getting back to the airport on our travels. What highly recommend you
