The Best Rental car
I have been to Puerto Rico many times. I tried other rental agencies and was very disappointed. I will ONLY go to Charlie Car. They are the best rental agency in Puerto Rico. I give them a 10 star!!!
Very good experience. Only problem was the vehicle was leaking windshield washer fluid so I would have to add some each time I used the vehicle. This was a minor inconvenience.

Service across the board was very slow Pick up from the airport was very slow. Checking out the people in line in front of us took way too long. Our transaction was relatively quick, but every other customer took forever. Delivery back to the airport after drop off also took a long time.
I understand that rentals are higher than normal. I took this rate because it was the lowest. At least the competitors are upfront about additional fees & costs. I was quoted $311 and left with a lower level car with a payment of $593. $150 of that was a deposit. I prefer to know what pmt is expected. No need to hide the fees, it just creates a poor experience. I’ve never rented a car with dents and water stains in and outside the car. Overall, I was reminded why I stopped renting here.
