Very polite and patient counter help especially when I needed to contact my auto insurance company for confirmation of my coverage.
Vehicle was in good condition
This mini van needed new tires. At times we couldn't go up hills if the road was wet - It was unsafe.
The car was brand new.

The Best Rental car
I have been to Puerto Rico many times. I tried other rental agencies and was very disappointed. I will ONLY go to Charlie Car. They are the best rental agency in Puerto Rico. I give them a 10 star!!!
Very good experience. Only problem was the vehicle was leaking windshield washer fluid so I would have to add some each time I used the vehicle. This was a minor inconvenience.
got us everywhere we needed to go. gas was phenomenal. lasted the whole week on 1 tank.
