The quote for the car was given. But I still wouldn’t understand why if you are putting your own insurance they will go by your deductible value instead of coverage, in order for me to use my insurance i had to pay 2.500 on a economic vehicle because thats my deductible so basically they kinda force you to use their insurance for the rental. I ended paying close to 160$ over the estimated quote plus the deposit. But over all besides that it a great place to rent. Great staff and service.
I have been renting with Charlie for many years they are the best! When we had a nail in our tire we brought it back and they gave us another vehicle no issues. Will always choose charlie car when I'm in puerto rico!
