Excellent experience with Charlie's car rental! Picked us up quickly from the airport despite our arrival at 3 am. Car was in great condition, and no hidden fees or extra charges! MUCH cheaper than the quotes from other more well-known companies. Just make sure your car insurance covers rentals in Puerto Rico, and that you bring A COPY of your policy with the deductible amount listed. Then you don't have to purchase extra insurance!
Didn't like being charged when the fuel tank was just slightly under full. That's pretty chicken shit.
