The vehicle was in poor condition. No hub/rims caps on the left side we're missing. Same time made noise while driving. .didn"t feel comfortable driving it.
No worthy the amount of money that I paid for it.

Charlie Rental is personal and easy to access. They provided a shuttle to the airport. Everything was easy. Instructions for insurance and other necessary items were clear.

I have been renting my vehicles from Charlie’s Car Rental for over 5 years. I will not change it for anything. They have great cars reasonably good prices.
The service was great. Renting and returning the car was very simple and convenient.
Picked up at the airport within 5 minutes of calling. Just around the corner from the airport. There was no wait, easy & quick process in renting, nice clean car. East return as well. No hidden fees. We made sure our car insurance company had coverage for rental cars in Puerto Rico, before we got there & brought proof to show them so we didn’t need to pay rental insurance.
The only thing to be fixed is that the return location in Condado is not on Google Maps and there are no Charlie signs at the location so it took us a long time to find it. Overall great experience though.
