Very accommodating
the horn on my car was broken, long wait times and inefficient paperwork process compared to other companies
I had a great experience with Charlies. They picked me up from the airport right away. They were very nice and they worked very fast to get my paperwork finished fast. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I will rent from them again in the future.
The value of the rental is not the best deal I've gotten, but overall a great experience, the rates seem to fluctuate a bit as I've seen different prices on different days. However, overall, a great company, great car rental experience. Very convenient getting from the airport to the rental place and vice versa. I would definitely rent from charlie car rental again. Everything was smooth.
