The value of the rental is not the best deal I've gotten, but overall a great experience, the rates seem to fluctuate a bit as I've seen different prices on different days. However, overall, a great company, great car rental experience. Very convenient getting from the airport to the rental place and vice versa. I would definitely rent from charlie car rental again. Everything was smooth.

Negative with respect to insurance information- I presented a letter from insurance company with proper representation and still needed to pay for coverage. I was very disappointed.
