We were picked up we picked up the car halfway through our vacation. All was good
Great experience altogether, but the rental price was a little steep.
My husband felt he was provided misleading information about the cost of tolls on the island- the tolls are quite inexpensive, and it would have made a difference in his selection on the transponder rental options. He said he was told tolls were $14 to get to certain destination and actually it would have been about a tenth of that. Otherwise our experience with Charlie Rental Car was great as always! Shuttle service is FANTASTIC.
