I have rented from Charlie Car for 10 years. During that time, I tried 2 other companies. Charlie Car is a superior experience. They do not try to upsell. The staff knows the business inside and out. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They are clearly the BEST in Puerto RIco.

Staff was very friendly and quick. Only problem with the car was it kept the air pressure light on and had to put air a couple of times during my rental but everything else was good.
The car I rented was dirty and had substantial amount of dings and scratches. Car smelled like stagnant water in the truck. The price was less on line and there were multiple hidden charges. I would never recommend this place they made my vacation a head ache.
Tried Charlie for the first time since Hertz doesn't honor points for rentals in Puerto Rico anymore. This rental car company far exceeds my expectations in all categories. Will be my go to rental company for trips to PR
