My husband felt he was provided misleading information about the cost of tolls on the island- the tolls are quite inexpensive, and it would have made a difference in his selection on the transponder rental options. He said he was told tolls were $14 to get to certain destination and actually it would have been about a tenth of that. Otherwise our experience with Charlie Rental Car was great as always! Shuttle service is FANTASTIC.

Staff was very friendly and quick. Only problem with the car was it kept the air pressure light on and had to put air a couple of times during my rental but everything else was good.
The car I rented was dirty and had substantial amount of dings and scratches. Car smelled like stagnant water in the truck. The price was less on line and there were multiple hidden charges. I would never recommend this place they made my vacation a head ache.
