Car was in good condition and the staff very friendly.
They even adjusted my reservation since I did the reservation before I bought my plane ticket. I left one day before.
The whole process was nice and easy and they took the time to explain any question and concerns. The only thing that bothered me was seeing that they charge 150 cleaning fee if car is returned dirty and my rental was left with sand trash like plastics spoons and even hair spray under the seat and the smell from wet seat was horrible.
Cost for a minivan (6 seat belts required) was more than double a vehicle that had 5 seatbelts. Very disappointed in the price. It would be nice to see an option for 6 seatbelts that did not cost double for one extra seatbelt.

The car was a little bit dirty. A good vacuum and dash cleaning would have sufficed. But overall, I was satisfied.
As much as you want your business to grow and be successful. The key is customer service, quality and delivery. Customers will come back for service and quality more than the price (at a certain point). Pls stay friendly and courteous to your customers, sometimes extend your help “outside the box”. Some customers do not know all the terminologies and policies. Help them understand. Thank you.
