Terms and pricing of rental insurance is not clearly specified. My family and I have been renting with Charlie for 15 years and sadly after this visit this is where our tenure ends. I am highly disappointed.

Competitive rate and car in excellent condition
Was charged a 100 cleaning fee for sand in the back of the car. I was not informed of this being a potential issue when renting. I would have vacuumed out the car before dropping it off if I had known. But at a 2am drop off I didn't have much choice but eat the fee. Will not rent from them again because of this.
