Competitive rate and car in excellent condition
Was charged a 100 cleaning fee for sand in the back of the car. I was not informed of this being a potential issue when renting. I would have vacuumed out the car before dropping it off if I had known. But at a 2am drop off I didn't have much choice but eat the fee. Will not rent from them again because of this.
Charlie Car is professional, friendly, and always has the best rates in Puerto Rico.
Was a great value. Airport pick up was a tiny bit slow but nothing bad. Car was super clean and new. Return was east.

Be a little more patient with your customers. Most us us have been on long flights to get to Puerto Rico. Explain details about the the rules in the old city.
i have been using charlie car rental for as long as i can remember, most of the guys have retired now. i keep coming back because they have been good to me all these years. i get in and out quickly and they are a quick return to the airport. thanks to all the men and women who work there, see you next year. t.partridge
