Was a great value. Airport pick up was a tiny bit slow but nothing bad. Car was super clean and new. Return was east.

Be a little more patient with your customers. Most us us have been on long flights to get to Puerto Rico. Explain details about the the rules in the old city.

The wait time upon arrival at the pick up station at the airport is way too long. Shuttle should make passes every 15 minutes or so.
