The clean of car is not good. The rotulation of bus pick up is poor in front it.
The bus of pick up need best rotulation, fast identification.

This was my 5th time renting from Charlie’s- I’ve never had a bad experience.
I rented 3 times this month, 01/4-10, 01/17-23 and 01/25-28. First time for vacation, second and third time for 2 family funerals! I am very thankful for all the help and advice received, specially on the last two times while my mind was gone because of the grieving. I received condolences and the renting process went very smooth! I was treated like family and will always recommend this place! Thanks for everything Charlie Car Rental (Isla Verde)!
