Great service
First time using Charlie Car Rental and I will use them again. The service was great, the vehicle was excellent, price was fantastic, I was picked up at the airport within 15 mins of calling.......upon arrival there was a small incident with another customer and the staff member on duty Mr. Victor Ortiz handled the issue with such professionalism, patience and kindness to where the customer left 100% satisfied......seeing how Mr. Ortiz took care of the customer was very impressive, thank you!
