This was my 5th time renting from Charlie’s- I’ve never had a bad experience.
I rented 3 times this month, 01/4-10, 01/17-23 and 01/25-28. First time for vacation, second and third time for 2 family funerals! I am very thankful for all the help and advice received, specially on the last two times while my mind was gone because of the grieving. I received condolences and the renting process went very smooth! I was treated like family and will always recommend this place! Thanks for everything Charlie Car Rental (Isla Verde)!

I've spent a lot of time in lines at Charlies Isla Verde. I figure that's just how it is.
For international travelers the deposit should be put on hold and not charged because for charging and refunding the deposit the credit card will apply twice an exchange rate

At airport we had to wait at least two hours to be picked up to be taken to where we pick up the car
