For international travelers the deposit should be put on hold and not charged because for charging and refunding the deposit the credit card will apply twice an exchange rate

At airport we had to wait at least two hours to be picked up to be taken to where we pick up the car

Buenos días! El día 01/24/2022 entregue mi carro llegue a las 3:50 am para hacer la entrega al sr Víctor, lo cual fue un Grosero. Yo le pregunté por el servicio que te llevan aeropuerto y me dijo que ya iba saliendo. Pasaron una hora muestra el conductor se puso a lavar el carro que yo entregue, entro de nuevo a preguantar y victor me dice si quiere tome un Uber si esta muy apurado. Yo creo que esa no son las maneras de tratar a un cliente. Cuando yo se lo pregunte al principio. Espero respu
