The agent was great but the car was horrible
I have used Charlie for many years and am always very happy with my car rental experience with them
When I got to the pick up spot outside they were there waiting and are always very kind and helpful
I refer them to everyone I know that goes to Puerto Rico. I own a home there so I go back and forth often

It went quickly and smoothly. Not sure about the price, only in that we didn't shop around too much. I will say the big rental agencies were more expensive, like Enterprise
