Everyone was very helpful. I added on an extra day of car rental with no problems.
The car was a little small for a family of four with all our camping gear but we managed :-)
The website is horrific, absolutely one of the worst websites I had to use in the last couple of years. The rest, however, turned out to be smooth and extremely pleasant.
Long time customer, new young people at the counter !! Wanting to pretend , need additional training.. glad to see the buss driver,great guy don't remember his name...
